"Zeeland Community Hospital’s School Health initiative- Learn For Life! Is a comprehensive school health program partnered with the Zeeland schools to provide well-being information and skill-building experiences to help students make wise health related decisions throughout their lifetime. Three topics have been identified as main program focuses: nutrition, fitness, and safety.
Thank you for again being part of one of our School Health Initiative- Learn For Life! Programs, “Adopt-A-School” at Woodbridge Elementary School for 4th graders.
